Treatment of Cysts

I have previously had a laproscopy for the removal of a cyst prior to this the gynae put me on hormones to try and get rid of the cyst. I once again have a cyst, this time the symptoms include naseau, breast tenderness, lower back ache, abdominal pain, waking up a couple of times a night to go to the loo. I was referred to a gynae and he did a scan with the cyst measuring 3.9 - 2.8. He advised me that the cyst would go away by itself and he gave me Uripas 200 to drink twice a day as well as Cataflam D also twice a day this was to follow for a week and then i must return to see him in a month. I am not sure if this is appropriate way of handling a cyst. Please advise
