travelling sickness

can anyone advise what i can use for long distance flying to the usa, on the last 3 trips i became so nauseas i think im battling with travel sickness.

Dear Mandy,
You are quite right! Book a seat in the middle row of the aircraft as turbulence will be less. Don''t drink any fizzy drinks as gas expands the higher the altitude. Taking Cinnazarine 25 mgs the night before the flight then again an hour before take off.and 8 hours later may help. Hypnosis can also be used successfully prior to your flight.
