Transferrin

What does is mean that my S-Transferring Saturation levels from iron studies is 11.35 and the range is supposed to be 15.00-50.00.
Why would this be.

It is an indication that you have low iron levels or that your blood iron is normal but your liver is making too much of the transferrin proteien due to pregnancy or hormonal contraceptive use. Usually it is a sign of anemia

I forgot to mention that my normal iron studies were all fine.
Full blood count fine as well.
