Better not to, and it's not because of the antibiotics per se, but because of the infection you're taking them for. As long as you're ill enough to be on anti-biotics, then exercise is risky. Not impossible, of course, and you may very well be able to exercise just fine.
But why take the risk? A mild example is that by training, you might delay recovery by 3 or 4 days, if not another week. So as frustrating as it may be, let the infection pass completely and then resume training. That way you lose maybe a week. Rushing back, you might lose 2 weeks.
