Tracing non-verbal child

My son is 8 and non-verbal in the PDD spectrum(what doctors label when they unsure about autism).Any idea where or what product can be used to trace him should he get lost. This is a worry as he can not communicate. Our country do not have an effective system for missing persons.thanks

Dear Nicky

Thank you for visiting health24.com.

Cellphone tracking will be the easiest but there is always the possibility of him loosing the phone. Some tracking companies can provide you with a personal GPS device. This can be strapped to his body and in such a way you will be able to trace him within 2 to 3 meters of his position.
