Torn MCL right knee

I fell nine weeks ago and tore the ligamnet in my knee. I went to see an orthopod who sent me for physio. THey were both under the opinion that after 6 weeks I would be fully recovered. I now have the full movement back, but still in a bit of pain and not 100 % ... its now 9 weeks. What should I do, or is this normal ?

The MCL ligament is usually treated conservatively, on the other hand if you still have pain it should be considered if there is more damage like the cartilage (meniscus)
