Q. tooth that needs to come out :-(

I had one of my teeth prepared for a crown about a year ago and the root canal was done and the tooth had a temp cover on it, then everything went wrong in that I got an abcess in my mouth and had to go on two anti biotics and my dentist said the tooth needs to come out now :-( It is the 3rd tooth from the back on my bottom jawexcluding my wison teeth. Please tell me if other people will be able to notice if it is gone??? I am so freaked out. Also what can I do to put a false tooth in its place eventually as I dont want a denture. Please also tell me will my bottom teeth shift a bit and close the gap as they are very close?

Without seeing you , I can't say whether the missing tooth will be noticed.
You could do a bridge or an implant to replace it.If the tooth is not replaced, the adjacent teeth could tilt into the space.
