tone up

I am exercising very hard but dont have any weights is there any body training i can do to tone up alot??

Body weight training is useful - squats, dips, lunges, push-ups and crunches works well for just about every major muscle group, and so if you did a session of say 3 sets of 20 reps on each, then you'll see progress.
