tomato sauce

i have the ww range of tomato sauce, no preservatives etc daily, i have around 2 tablespoons with two separate meals a day? is this ok? will it hamper my weight loss? i nd to loose about 10kg?

Tomato sauce is a rich source of lycopene, a nutrient that protects us against cancer. You will have to check the energy content of the WW tomato sauce per 100ml and then multiply the value by 30 and divide by 100, to find out how much energy 2 tablespoons contain. Let's say the tomato sauce contains 200 kJ per 100ml then 30ml would contain 60 kJ which is negligible.
