Toddlers complaining of Knee Tenderness

Morning,
Our 3 and 4 year old boys sometimes complain about sore knees. Not sure if this could be " Growing Pains"  or something else. They prefer not to eat red meat except for mince and wors and also chicken and fish (including prawns and calamari). I give them Creche Guard every morning. They drink a lot of milk and fruit juices as well as water and sometimes rooibos tea. They refuse to eat/drink anything with chocolate. They also eat a lot of Cheese and yoghurt (on a daily basis). Should i perhaps give them any other supplements.

Hi Cat
Your sons sound absolutely healthy and it sounds as if you are giving them the best diet and supplements- definitely no need to add anything. leg and knee pains are quite common in kids.
