toddler and chesty cough

hi my little girl is 3 years old and she has had a chesty cough for about 2 weeks. she was a little hot in the beginning but i gave her calpol and coryx etc and that went away. she is eating fine but a little iritable now and then. sometimes she coughs and it sounds very flemmy. her mucous was green but her nose has stopped running. have given her acc200 too. do you think she needs to see a doctor as the flemmy cough is the only symptom she has left. how do i know when i should take her?

Hallo Karen
Try giving her something to loosen the phlegm like Bisolvon. If she eats well, is not feverish and does not seem to be short of breath, you can give it a while to clear up, but if it persists for longer than 3-4 weeks, rather let your doctor have a look.
