To Prevent Osteporosis

Hi there,

My mom has been diagnosed with Osteoporosis and she is 60. I would like to know how can i prevent getting this, what can i take at the age of 25 years old?

What do you recommend me taking? And also would you advice Centrum?

You need to ensure a calcium intake of about 1000mg per day (either in diet alone or diet and supplements). Weightbearing exercise like walking or jogging etc. at least 3 times per week, limit alcohol to 2 drinks per day and don't smoke. That is basically it for the moment.
