Tired to the point of black out

Hi,
I have lately been struggling with something...I get " fatigue attacks"  as I would call them. I get a sudden rush of fatigue to the point where I black out / fall asleep for a few minutes - even when I''m siting or standing. My blood sugar levels are normal and my blood pressure 106/62
Thank you
