Tightening vaginal muscles

Hi... I am 29, have never had kids, but have crohns disease which I believe has contributed to my problem.
I would like to know how I could tighten my muscles " down there" . I used to be firm and tight, but now have lost my muscular strength. I believe it could be because the crohns leads to much muscular straining anally, and I wonder if it has somehow damaged everything down there...
Help!!!

You could try pelvic floor exercises. This involves 'knyping' as though cutting off a stream of urine. Do this 50 times a day.
