Tick bite fever

We took our dogs to a tick area just over a week ago.
I have been finding ticks on them since then. Small red ones and big greyish ones.
Last night my dog didn' t want to eat and seems very lathargic.
Is this an emergency? Should I get her to the vet asap?

A new tick bite fever vaccination is now available. Costly but worth having done.
