therapy for weight loss?

Good day to you, do you have any suggestions on how to use Behavior Modification techniques to aid in losing, and keeping weight off? I binge eat almost every weekend but during the week I eat quite healthily. Any suggestions would be welcome.<br>Thanks in advance.

Hi Mary
All of us are emotional eaters on some level. Our first experience of nurturing, care and affection is linked to food. One tends to binge when we are feeding an emotion. What drives you to make such a drastic departure from your healthy eating habits in the week? Are you surrounded by friends, it is your way of relaxing? Or is is it the inner rebel that needs to be heard? To get to a solution specific to you, you would need a couple of private sessions as there is no definitive answer to such a complex issue. You can take a look at www.reinventhealth.co.za to find out more. But in the mean time, think about what part of you, you are in fact feeding when you binge.
