Dear Doortjie
If the whites of your eyes are red and inflamed, you probably suffer from eye irritation. It is very unlikely that this could be caused by food. Please consult an eye doctor because our eyes are precious and if you have an infection or irritation, or don't produce enough tears to lubricate your eyes, you need medical treatment to prevent damage.
