testis

there is a small lump on my left testicle and when i touch it, it pains. could you give me any idea on what it might be?

A painful lump in the testis can be a clot in one of the blood vessels or a cyst (spermatocele). Rather see your doctor for an examination as further test like sonar may be needed to make a proper diagnosis and give the right treatment.
