testicular defect

The left tsticle is smaller than the other. What could be the possible reasons? Any treatments

It is not unusual for one testicle to be slightly smaller than the other. However, if there is a major difference has this always been noticeable, or when did you become aware of this?

Me docta did say it could be detremental to me future. Is it not swelling or cancer because me penis is small too. wat can me doo for me small penis(dont laugh)?

There is nothing wrong with that, mine is the same, the moment you feel that there is something like a buldge on it, then you must go and see your gp.
