I suspect testicular cancer.
I read all about this subject in your articles but I''m still not sure what to look out for.
I did a self exam and found a lumb on one of the testi.
so I''m not sure if it might be normal or if i should be alarmed and see the doc.

Hallo Alarmed
There are a few conditions that can cause a lump in the testis and I suggest you please see an urologist for an examination, sonar and futher tests if needed. Testicular cancer usually causes a firm lump on the testis itself, not just in the scrotum.
