My husband does not like to have sex to often because he does not like intercourse so much, sometimes it will take up to 3 weeks before we sleep together, he complains his testicles is very hard and sore, is it because a man has to release himself plus minus 48 hours and if not it can happen that his sperm is building up and that is the reason it gets sore?

there is no rule that your husband needs to relieve himself every few days to prevent a painful scrotum. if he is having pain, it is advised that he considers seeing a gp or urologist for a checkup to exclude underlying infection or inflammation which can easily be treated with antibiotics. it may even be possible that he has a low libido and is making an excuse to avoid sex in which case its important that your'l discuss the matter and if he has a desire problem or erectile dysfunction, he should see a sexologist or doctor for appropriate evaluation and if neccesary, treatment.

it' s nonsense, all nonsense. He is just shying away from his responsibilities, to give you pleasue and satisfaction. There is nothing about sperm build up, it' s all rubbish as a sexologist - you will get the same reply but in a very humane tone, but the truth in a typical street language is - utter rubbish and nonsense. He must either shape up or face the music..........
