temperature spiking

my 6 year old has a temperature of 39 at night, we consulted 4 days ago we were given Orelox, myprodol
during the day she is fine although lack of appetite taking fluids.
at night Temperature spikes to 40

You can use a suppositry, like Voltaren or Empaped to control the fever, along with cooling of your child with a fan and a wet towel. You should however, reconsult your doctor to rule out an underlying cause for the fever.
