Hi Jo,

According to some studies done on meditation and relaxation, timing for meditation practice varies. A minimum time of 10 to 15 minutes per day is necessary to begin to create real benefits for the practitioner.

Some meditation can be as long as 2 or 3 hours, it all depends on what your goals are.

For a beginner or someone who wants to experience the relaxation, calming and centre effects of meditation practice I recommend a minimum of 10 minutes.

Thanks for your email.
