Swollen legs are usually due to poor blood circulation. I suggest that you consult a general surgeon an opinion. Benign water retention can be a possible cause but you need to exclude other factors, like poor blood circulation, before taking any medication to improve the condition of your swollen legs.

In the interim, elevate your legs as much as possible.

Please be so kind as to provide me with feedback.
