Swollen Gland

Hello Doc, how do you know if a swollen gland is superficial to the skin, or when is it a deep swollen glands that could be lymph glands?

Dear Dell
For deep glands you will have to push at least 1-2 cm deep with your fingers to feel it (like in the axilla) superficial glands will make a bump under the skin and will be easy to feel
