swollen finger joints

my daoughter''s fingures are swollen on the joints (knuckels). what could be the cause of this and can it be treated?

you dont mention what the age of your daughter is and if she is an adult or a child. The one condition we woud think of excluding with the appearance of swollen finger joints would be rheumatoid arthritis. You should see your doctor to consider doing a blood test to rule it out
