Swollen Feet

My dad is 76yrs and is complaining that his feet is swollen, something he has never had before. Is it something to be concerned about?

hi

i am 46 years old -female
feet became swollen for 4 days now and would not go down .
the week before i had a lot of pain in the knee and the dr gave me 2 voteran injection the nex 2 days. and then i noticed that my feet was swollen.
can you help
