Swollen bottom part of leg and ankle

Leg swollen just on one leg not both. Swollen part sometimes feels like needles and pins. Like when your feet have been sleeping and life is comming back. Any suggestion on how to prevent this

Your swollen ankle/leg is an indication of poor blood circulation. The pins and needles can be due to irritation of the nerves supplying the leg of sensation. You should consult your doctor for an examination and treatment as soon as possible.
