Dear Val
If you use standard flavoured yoghurt the label will state that the yoghurt has been sweetened with sugar. If you use 'sugar-free' yoghurt, you will have to check the label to see which artificial sweeteners have been used. I don't have a sample available to check for you, but you should be able to look this up on the labels.
