Sweaty hands

My 8 year old daughter has abnormally sweay hands. We have to put the aircon on in the car just to have her cool and dry off her hands. Do you think she could be having some form of anxiety? she is also extra ordinarily praise addicted. If she does not get praise she becomes upset. Should I be worried?

Hard to tell from a distance. Some people do indeed get sweaty as part of an anxiety disorder - but this will include a number of other clear symptoms of anxiety, and is more usually rather general sweatiness, not just of hands.
Some people have what's called hyperhidrosis ( excessive sweating) which may be mainly on the hands, or in the armpits, and can ge treated, though it's not always easy to manage - a Dermatologist would be the best specialist to see to assess this.
