It is Christian Based, and usually done through the Churches. If I remember, they usually run for about three months, usually two hours a week. It''s a very good thing to do. Through Divorce Care, I was also introduced to a wonderful counsellor who really helped me a lot, with all sorts from dealing with the divorce to other issues as well, that I had never made peace with.
