Supplements and shakes

Hi there

What is your opinion on protein (whey protein) shakes and all these other supplements like CLA etc - in conjunction with HIIT and weigh training?

Hi Samantha,

Its best to train without them. Whey shakes are good for recovery and to replenish glycogen stores lost after exercise.

Becareful with other supplements, I would say refrain from them...
