Supplements

My gynae recommended Omega Mum as a pregnancy supplement. Well! The cost is R189.00 for thirty. However my gp recommended Chela-Preg (R85.00 for thirty)...much better.
Can I opt for the less expensive one instead? Are they very much the same?
