Hi

Am I suppose to eat fish fingers in some of my meals if I' m on diet?

I love them and I want to know if they a healthy.

Fish fingers have quite a high energy content because the fish is dipped in crumbs and deep fried (869 kJ/100g) compared with grilled hake (462 kJ/100g), so it is better for your diet to eat grilled fish without the crumbs. Add lemon juice and herbs to the grilled fish to make it tasty.
