Q.

Sunken toenails

My daughter - age 4 - has sunken toenails which break / crumble easily. This only happens to her bit toes.
Is there something that could be lacking in her diet?

Yes, this may well be asign of an iron deficiency in her blood. She should have a blood test done to check on her iron levels.
