suiker of sucrolose?

Ek is 60, sukkel om gewig te verloor. Is dit gesonder om 7 teelepels suiker ''n dag te gebruik, of liewer 7 sakkies Equi-sweet met sucralose, ASPARTAME vry?
Ek het nou vet om my middel en maag, wat ek nooit gehad het nie.
