Our expert says:
I am not quite sure what question you are asking. If I understand you correctly you used to use a 'starvation diet' and excessive exercise, and now have changed over to eating more carbs and even sugary foods and now your blood sugar has decreased. You are wondering why this happened? It is possible that the carbs you are now eating are low-GI carbs and sugar per se has a moderate GI (glycaemic index), so this may have reduced your blood sugar levels by having a slower effect on insulin release.
If I have not understood you correctly, please post another question explaining what you would like me to explain.
