Sugar Craving

What is the " healthiest"  sugar treat, not fruit, when on a diet?

Fruit is the healthiest sugar treat when you are trying to lose weight. All other diet or diabetic chocolates and sweets and bars may contain less sucrose, but they generally have a higher fat intake which is counterproductive to weightloss. You can also use diabetic jelly with custard made with fat-free milk and artificial sweetener.
