sugar

2 weeks ago I ate two marshmallow easter eggs. about ten minutes after that I felt very tired. Since then I reduced my sugar intake. today I took three teaspoons condenced milk. ABOUT twenty minutes after that I almost fell asleep behind the steeringwheel. can it be my bloodsugar? must i go for tests

Very sweet foods can cause a spike in insulin which leads to a sharp drop in blood sugar a few minutes afterwards. This can make you feel dizzy, sweaty and cause trembling. I think you should avoid refined sugar, but unless you get these episodes often, blood tests are probably not necessary.
