Hallo Sugar
High sugar loads overstimulate insulin production, causing a severe drop in sugar about 30 minutes later, causing lethargy and tiredness. It is better to eat a protein and complex carbohydrate like provita and cheese to get a sugar lift - this works slower and keeps longer!
