Sudden backpain

Hello Doc.

On Saturday I was standing waiting for someone when a sudden pain from my back just below by shoulderblades hit me.

When I got home I lay down on the floor to relieve the pain without effect.

My movement is impared quite a bit.

I never played contact sports and I''m 21.

What could have caused this.

Thank you.
Stefan

Hallo Stefan
Please go to your doctor for an examination - you may have pulled a muscle or you may have a "bubble" on the lung that burst (spontaneous pneumothorax) - x/ray may be needed.
