Substitute for Nifedelat

Nifedelat does not seem to be available any more. My doctor has retired. What would be the best alternative medication? I use Nifedelat for treating high blood pressure.

Hi Argine

You are lucky that there are many generic equivalents available: These include ADALAT (the original), Adco-Vascard, Bio-Nifedipine, CArdifen, Cipalat, Fedaloc, Spec Nifedipine. Ask your pharmacist for the most suitable replacement.
