Studeer

Ek studeer deeltyds en vind dit baie moeilik om in die aande na werk te studeer. (In die oggende is dit nie veel beter nie - tyd is ''n faktor) Ek kan eers omtrent 20:00 begin met my studies maar my brein voel dan baie moeg en sukkel ek met konsentrasie.
Is daar iets wat ek kan neem oom my te help om vir ten minste nog 2 ure te kan fokus en konsentreer? Ek is desperaat aangesien die eksamens op hande is.
