Struggling to Sleep at night

Does high sugar intake effect your sleep. I''ve got a sweet addiction and have been struggling to sleep at night for probably the past two months. I''ve been taking melatonin but this doesn''t help

Probably it does not. The chances are that you have plenty of your own melatonin, so adding to it is unlikely to help.

You will probably need to see a sleep doctor about your insomnia.
