Children's sleep is all about routine. You need to have a constant home routine, which includes quieting her down from about 6 PM, and then getting her to bed at about 7. She needs to learn that it is OK to wake at night, but one then rolls over and goes back to sleep. It is not OK to wake the rest of the family.
