stronger bones

is there any specific foods i must eat or minerals I should be getting in to build stronger bones? except calcium.. anything else?

Calcium is very important as well as following a balanced diet with all the other vitamins, minerals and proteins. Vitamin D is also extremely important and you need approximately 800 IU per day. Oily fish like salmon have vit D, but cod liver oil also contains enough vit D.
