strokes

my brother is35yrs got a terrible headache for 2 days then after he got to hospital they do the CT scan they say is stroker his left hand and leg is not functioning any more so he is admitted in the hospital the physiotherapist are busy with the process i am woried how long is going to take her to come back to normal and is possible that he can work again?
