Stroke

My dad is experiencing a few of the symptoms of a stroke, confusion, battling to walk properly, possibly vision problems, but they are not consistent, they come and go, could that be a stroke or would a stroke be constant symptoms?

If it comes and goes it may be TIA's ( Transient ischemic attacks) Please get him to a neurologist as soon as possible because it is often the first warning signs that a stroke is going to happen.
