Stomach cramps

I''ve been having stomach cramps everytime i eat fruit. During my pregnancy I ate a lot of fruit and never experienced any pain. Now it''s getting really bad. I''ve been drinking charcoal pills for incase it might be flatulence, but no improvement yet. What can it be? Should I go to a gastro-enterologist or is there something else that I can do?

Hallo Leigh
Is it any specific fruit causing the cramps? You may have developed a fructose intolerance. Try eating fruit only after a meal and not on an empty stomach?
