stomach

hi..I need to loose my stomach fat right now I''m busy with crunches in the morning and late at night.

Doing targeted exercises such as crunches and situps a few times a day, should indeed help to reduce stomach fat. If you are generally overweight then using a low-fat, energy-reduced diet and other aerobic exercises like jogging and skipping for 30 or more min a day, will also help.
